Sparkling Borage Cocktail
Welcome to the latest episode of #notjustagarnish! Up today, we made a sparkling borage cocktail inspired by our night at SLING, a charity mixology competition in Providence.
Micro borage has an exciting micro-hair texture and a cucumber-watermelon rind flavor, making it the perfect addition to fruity summer cocktails. Aside from tasting incredible, borage is packed full of Vitamins B, C, and K, folic acid, and fiber. It is also commonly used in traditional home medicine to treat fevers, coughs, and chest congestion!
