Ingredients:
Toasted bagel
Vegan “cream cheese”
Carrot “lox”
Diced onion
Sunflower microgreens
Directions:
Toast your bagel. Top with vegan “cream cheese,” carrot “lox,” diced onion, and a healthy handful of sunflower micro greens. Enjoy!
