Vegan Lox and Cream Cheese Bagel

Welcome to the latest #notjustagarnish recipe! This week we collaborated with Boston cafe Mother Juice to create this delish bagel with vegan lox and cream cheese.


Yields: 1 serving

Prep time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

Toasted bagel

Vegan “cream cheese”

Carrot “lox”

Diced onion

Sunflower microgreens


Directions:

Toast your bagel. Top with vegan “cream cheese,” carrot “lox,” diced onion, and a healthy handful of sunflower micro greens. Enjoy!
